A Matterport digital twin is a complete, photorealistic, millimeter-accurate 3D replica of your physical buildings or locations. Where traditional digital twins often require complex and expensive CAD or BIM models from scratch, Matterport combines 4K-quality visual documentation with spatial data. This gives you and your customers an interactive and visual platform that can be accessed directly from a browser – no matter where in the world you are.

We deliver a complete Matterport digital twin customized for your building and organization:
3D Virtual Tour
We perform a 3D scan of the property, and based on this scan, a 3D virtual tour is created, which makes it possible to visit the property virtually and get a visual sense of the physical environment.
3D Model
With a 3D scan, a digital 3D model of the property is automatically generated. Instead of traditional, flat 2D floor plans, the 3D model lets you see the entire property from the outside like a three-dimensional dollhouse.
3D Floor Plan
The 3D scan also generates an interactive 3D floorplan. While the traditional floorplan just shows a simple drawing of black lines, this floorplan shows the property from above in a photorealistic quality.
3D Measurement
With the built-in measurement tool in a Matterport digital twin, the visual model is transformed into an active work tool. The tool enables your clients, tradesmen and consultants to take precise measurements of everything in the property.
